This was so easy to make and tasted delicious. I added ginger, carrots, and celery to it as well.
I've been following root+spring for a long time on IG. Heard about them via a food blogger who we love. Finally gave them a try and let me tell you...AMAZING. TCM is something we grew up with in our house. But to be able to trust the quality of the products, its sources and support small business, talk about thumbs up all around. Our soup turned out excellent.
I bought two herbal soup mixes from root + spring. I loved both, they tasted great. Tasted like how my mom makes her soups! Will purchase again. Nice packaging, easy directions.
My new favorite soup! So glad I got it!!
I love it! Added ginger, as others here suggested. I'm excited to add this to my routine.
