Formulated with dong quai root and rehmannia, this soup will act as a monthly ally against PMS. It is traditionally consumed at the end of your period and is highly beneficial for menstrual cramps and pains, PMS, and regulating menses, hormonal headaches, bloating and sore breasts.
Please note, the herb Rehmannia in this mix can turn the soup the color black. This should be expected and safe to consume.
