Due to the ongoing effects of the COVID-19 coronavirus, all sales are final. Any merchandise purchased at root + spring may not be returned as we continue to look out for the health and safety of our staff and customers. We apologize for the inconvenience during this unprecedented time. Thank you.

U.S. Returns Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, and stand by the quality of our products. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us at help@rootandspring.com. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 10 days of receipt of shipment. Products must be in original, factory sealed condition with the original packaging. Unfortunately, items that have been opened cannot be returned, used or unused.
Please note that:
- Unopened products should be returned within 14 days of notifying help@rootandspring.com. Please contact our support staff to receive a Merchandise Return Authorization number and shipping label. Returns that are unauthorized will not be accepted. This is for the trust and safety of our products and customers
- We encourage all returns to be securely packaged and sent back with tracking. All orders shipped without tracking or as a "refused package" are at the customer's discretion. We are not responsible for lost returns.
- Orders can be returned for original payment or store credit, less shipping costs.
- If a refund to the credit card or Paypal account is not possible, a store credit will be issued for the amount of the refund.
- All original shipping charges and return shipping charges are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, and a product is returned through no fault of ours, the cost we paid for shipping will be deducted.
- All returned goods are subject to inspection prior to giving credit. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s) and your refund will be processed if approved.
- Packages returned to us by the carrier will be fully refunded, less the original shipping charge.
If 10 days have gone by since the date of receipt, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
