What is it?:

White Peony Root - (Bai Shao) - Liquid Tincture is said to "soothe the Liver" and is used in a wide variety of formulas, running the gamut from those which help to regulate the menses, those which relieve pain, those which help calm anger/relieve stress (and many others).

Here are some thoughts on how to incorporate Bai Shao into your supplement regimen:

  • White peony root nourishes Liver blood and yin to address Liver blood deficiency, general symptoms of which include: anemia, sallow/pale complexion, brittle/pale nails, dizziness, and vertigo...
