What it is:
root + spring's Chinese Herbal Broth and Soup Mix for Detoxification is for those that have accumulated too much heat in their system, something the Chinese call "yeet hay". The symptoms can vary depending on how much of a detox you need. If you are only slightly hot inside, you will probably have a slight sore throat and some acne/pimples but if you are overly hot, mouth sores and nose bleeds are not uncommon.
