What is it?:
This is a digestive formulation useful as:
- Digestive bitters- take up to one dropper (approx. 1 ml) 10-15 minutes before eating a meal to encourage gastric secretions to prepare the body to better digest food.
- a Carminative formula- to be used after a meal to help address bloating, dyspepsia, and other signs of sluggish digestion.
What is it good for:
- preparing the body to better digest food by stimulating the secretion of bile and other gastric secretions from the stomach and pancreas)
- helping the body digest food that has already been eaten through the action of aromatic herbs which aid digestive processes

It is important to understand that Chinese herbs work by restoring balance to the body. This means that you usually have to take an herb or a formula for a longer period of time than you would with pharmaceuticals in order to get results-- usually at least a month, and often times longer than that... it all depends on the individual and the nature of the ailment being addressed.
Ingredients: Gentian root (Gentiana lutea), Goldenseal root (Hydrastis canadensis), Angelica root (Angelica archangelica), Chamomile herb (Matricaria recutita), Aged Tangerine peel (Chen pi), Fennel seed (Foeniculum vulgare), Ginger root (Sheng jiang)
Directions for use:
- Shake Well before each use.
- Take up to one dropper (approx. 1 ml) 10-15 minutes before eating a meal to encourage gastric secretions to prepare the body to better digest food.
- After a meal to deal with bloating and indigestion: Take one dropperful; take one more after 20-30 minutes if indigestion persists.
- To evaporate alcohol place in hot water.
