Honeysuckle Flower Liquid Tincture provides all of the benefits of the honeysuckle flower in an easy to use liquid form. It can be taken straight from the dropper or added to your morning cup of tea. In the practice of Chinese Medicine, this herb is most often found in formulas that clear heat and induce diaphoresis to help chase out an oncoming cold/viral attack (e.g. in Yin Qiao). This herb also clears heat from the body, making it useful to help with viral infections/colds & flu, sore throat, inflammation, skin issues (with heat signs), and certain digestive disorders

What is it good for:

  • diaphoresis (i.e. helping you to sweat out a cold or flu in the early stages)
  • sore throat
  • inflammation
  • venting rashes

 Traditional Chinese medicine benefits:

  • Clears heat from the exterior layers of the body

What else you might like to know:

Honeysuckle flower is one of the main herbs in the very widely known TCM formula Yin Qiao.

It is important to understand that Chinese herbs work by restoring balance to the body. This means that you usually have to take an herb or a formula for a longer period of time than you would with pharmaceuticals in order to get results-- usually at least a month, and often times longer than that... it all depends on the individual and the nature of the ailment being addressed.
