What is it?:
Licorice Root Liquid TIncture (Gan Cao Tang) is a is a liquid tincture of licorice root (Radix Glycyrrhizae Uralensis) packaged in a 1 oz bottle (w/the eyedropper included) for easy use.
This herb is very commonly used in Chinese medicine for a wide variety of applications, such as: aiding sluggish digestion, helping to de-toxify the body, helping alleviate fatigue, and helping to soothe muscle cramps; it also goes to all 12 acupuncture meridians in the body, which means that it helps formulas with many ingredients to work more synergistically (i.e. Gan cao "harmonizes" complex formulas).
Lastly, it has a gentle sweetness to it and is often used to make bitter decoctions go down a little easier!!!

Directions for use:

Maintenance Serving: Dissolve 1-2 droppers (1/2 tsp.) in warm water or juice 2-3 times daily.
