What is it?:

    Ligustrum Fruit (Ligustrum lucidum) is a versatile herb with many applications. It helps clear up symptoms associated with menopause (e.g hot flashes and nightsweats)

    It can also can help out with vision problems like blurred vision, night blindness, irritation & redness, etc... in Chinese Medicine, this herb is said to "brighten the eyes".

    In China, this herb is used clinically to address Liver disorders associated with too much heat (i.e. jaundice, hepatitis, cancer). 

    What is it good for:

    • irritability, mood swings, tidal fever, night sweats, hot flashes, and steaming bones (i.e. menopause symptomology).

    Directions for use:

    Shake Well before each use.

    Maintenance Serving: Dissolve 1-2 droppers (1/2 tsp.) in warm water or juice 2-3 times daily.

    Augmented Serving: Take 1 full tsp. 2 to 3 times daily in warm water or juice or as directed by a qualified herbalist familiar with the use of Chinese herbs and formulas.
