What is it?:

Green Tea (Cha Ye Tang) - Liquid Extract is made from green tea leaves that have been "tinctured" so that the active constituents are extracted from the tea leaves and concentrated into an easy to use form (i.e. take a little but a few times a day so you can get the health benefits without having to brew/consume tea all day long).

Green tea is also a specific herb in the medica of Traditional Chinese Medicine in which it is said to help soothe upset stomach ("harmonize the middle") and address nausea and vomiting; it also dispels dampness in the stomach and intestines and can be taken with food to remove excess fat and oil for treatment of obesity/weight loss.

Directions for use:

Shake Well before each use.

Maintenance Serving: Dissolve 1-2 droppers (1/2 tsp.) in warm water or juice 2-3 times daily.

Augmented Serving: Take 1 full tsp. 2 to 3 times daily in warm water or juice or as directed by a qualified herbalist familiar with the use of Chinese herbs and formulas.
