It is important to understand that Chinese herbs work by restoring balance to the body. This means that you usually have to take an herb or a formula for a longer period of time than you would with pharmaceuticals in order to get results-- usually at least a month, and often times longer than that... it all depends on the individual and the nature of the ailment being addressed.
Ingredients: Meadowsweet (Filipendula ulmaria), St John's Wort (Hypericum perforatum), Corydalis root (Yan hu suo), Wild Lettuce (Lactuca seriola; L. virosa), White Peony root (Bai shao), Jamaican Dogwood (Piscidia erythrina), Devil's Claw (Harpagophytum procumbens)
Directions for use:
- Shake Well before each use.
- Maintenance Serving: Dissolve 1-2 droppers in warm water as needed for temporary relief of pain. One dropperful of liquid tincture = approximately 30 drops = 1 ml
- In acute situations initial dosage can be increased to 2 droppers/60 drops of tincture. Maximum recommended daily dosage will vary from person to person but a good rule of thumb is no more than 5-6 doses (dropperfuls)/day.
- If pain persists for more than 7 days, seek medical attention.
- To evaporate alcohol place in hot water.
