Rhodiola Root is an herb that grows in the cold, mountainous regions of Europe and Asia. It is considered an adaptogen, which means that it helps your body adapt to stress and also helps to strengthen its response to physical and psychological stressors in the environment.

  • helping with some symptoms of depression-- research has shown that similar to antidepressants, it may positively influence neurotransmitters that affect mood and emotion.
