What is it?:
Shou Wu Chi Tang (Liquid Tincture) formula is meant be taken regularly to gently support the body, maintain energy levels, and promote restful sleep. It is meant for long-term use-- which means that the longer and more consistently you take it, the more you see its effects gradually kick in.
In terms of Chinese Medicine, it supports healthy energy levels as it tonifies, warms, and invigorates the blood. It also supports the liver and kidneys and helps maintain healthy eyes.

25% of this formula comprises Fo-ti root (He shou wu); it also contains a small amount of rosemary extract and as such would most likely be helpful with premature graying of the hair and alopecia. There is plenty of info out there on this herb (Fo-ti)... another 25% of this formula is Dong Quai root (Dang gui), which is one of the most important herbs in Chinese medicine for gynecological issues. So this formula could be an interesting addition to an existing supplement regimen (for the right person).
It is important to understand that Chinese herbs work by restoring balance to the body. This means that you usually have to take an herb or a formula for a longer period of time than you would with pharmaceuticals in order to get results-- usually at least a month, and often times longer than that... it all depends on the individual and the nature of the ailment being addressed.
Ingredients: Polygonum root (He shou wu), Chinese Angelica root (Dang gui), Polygonatum rhizome (Huang jing), Rehmania root (Sheng di huang), Cnidum root (Chuan xiong), Angelica Dahurica root (Bai Zhi), Cardemom seed (Sha ren), Cloves (Ding xiang), Rosemary extract
Directions for use:
Shake Well before each use.
Maintenance Serving: Dissolve 1-2 droppers (1/2 tsp.) in warm water or juice 2-3 times daily.
Augmented Serving: Take 1 full tsp. 2 to 3 times daily in warm water or juice or as directed by a qualified herbalist familiar with the use of Chinese herbs and formulas.
To evaporate alcohol place in hot water.
